These terms apply to your use of the services provided by Birchgrove Clinic Pty Ltd (ABN 44 696 521 874) (“Birchgrove”, “we”, “us”).

Our service

Birchgrove provides GP-led clinical assessments and treatment for ADHD, delivered via telehealth. Our doctors are registered medical practitioners who exercise independent clinical judgment. A consultation is a medical assessment — it is not a guarantee of any particular diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.

Bookings and payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Our consultations are non-refundable once delivered. You are paying for a clinical consultation and the doctor’s professional time, not for a specific outcome, diagnosis, or prescription.

If your consultation cannot proceed due to a technical failure or clinician unavailability on our end, we will offer you a replacement appointment or a full refund at your choice.

If you believe an error has been made, please contact us at admin@birchgrove.health and we will review your case.

Clinical decisions

Our GPs make prescribing and treatment decisions based on their independent clinical judgment, relevant clinical guidelines, and applicable laws and regulations. A decision not to prescribe a particular medication is not grounds for a refund.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the intake screening and consultation process. Providing false or misleading information may result in your consultation being terminated without a refund and may affect the safety and appropriateness of your care.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Birchgrove’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant consultation. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website.
