Birchgrove is starting in Queensland while we roll out our clinical model, GP training, intake process, and follow-up systems in a careful, staged way. Healthcare rules and service models vary between states, so we are beginning in one state first rather than launching nationally all at once. Our goal is to expand to other Australian states over time once the model is operating safely and reliably.
